Thank you for visiting our company's website. The Pickett family has owned property in this area since the early 1970's, and moved to this area in 1975. I graduate from Port St. Joe High School in 1979, and after college moved back to the area in 1982. I have been with this Cape San Blas family business all of my life, including real estate development and construction, vacation rental management, and was even the owner of the Scallop Cove business for a number of years. I have been a real estate broker since 1992, and took over the Real Estate and Vacation Rental business in 1997.

As a husband and father to five children, I am driven by the desire to also be a committed and ethical businessman. I am not a salesman, so it is not my job to sell you a piece of property. I am a real estate broker, which means it is my responsibility to help you make an informed decision about whether there are properties in this area that would be suitable for you and your family. I have been a resident of Port St. Joe/Gulf County since 2007. I am a Banking and Finance graduate from MS State University and attended Graduate School of Banking at LSU. My wife, Jennie and I have raised 3 children here locally and could not imagine living anywhere else. I have 25+ years of commercial banking and lending experience in the North Florida markets and have held executive positions with two community banks in the area. I began selling real estate 8 years ago in Gulf, Bay and Franklin County. Having a banking background enables me to have a unique perspective regarding real estate transactions and know how to properly analyze investment opportunities. I have extensive knowledge regarding real estate risks and the credit markets. I have contacts with local lenders and can provide you with the most updated market statistics to help you make an educated decision. I service the Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas, Apalachicola, St. George Island and Carrabelle markets. My husband Tommy and I moved to Port St. Joe in 2007. We have three wonderful children that have loved growing up in a small community so close to the beach. I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. I have worked in Marketing all my life. I have had my real estate license for nine years and work with my husband as a team. We love to help people find their homes, second homes or investment properties on the beautiful Forgotten Coast!
