Fisherman's Dream. RV site with 28x40 pole barn for your Camper with Water, Power and sewer connections. Nice Fire Pit in the lush, private back yard. Less than a 1 minute walk to the well-maintained boat launch area with fresh cut grass and the beautiful Lockey Lake entrance to the Chipola River which, after a short boat ride, runs into the Apalachicola River. The RV Barn was built in 2021 but was not permitted. If you need it permitted for insurance I have the application package to the County you can use to apply for a proper permit.
