Lot is subject to Intracoastal Right of Way Easement, 250 feet. It also has some wetlands and some X Flood Zone. Wetlands delineation available and survey. Property can't be built on with mitigating the wetlands as best I can tell. X Zone is in the Intracoastal Easement. Access is not good, road tends to flood and is rough.
